Anyone who has worked in production knows that 15-hour days leave little room for anything else. After nearly two decades managing high-stakes productions — from network television to large-scale live events — Nicki Marshall founded LA Home Collective to support the busy professionals and creatives she'd spent years working alongside. People who are amazing at what they do but simply don't have the bandwidth to manage everything waiting for them at home.
