We primarily operate across the greater Los Angeles area, with a focus on Toluca Lake, Studio City, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, and Los Feliz

Who is LA Home Collective designed for?

Our services are designed for busy professionals, people working long or unpredictable hours, frequent travelers, and families who want expert household support without the overhead of full-time staff. If your home is running behind because your schedule isn't slowing down, we're here to help.

How does month-to-month management work?

We serve as your home's dedicated point of contact.  Each month, we handle scheduled check-ins, coordinate vendors, manage maintenance, and address anything that comes up - keeping your home running smoothly without you having to think about it.

What is your communication style?

Transparency and efficiency are at the core of our approach. You'll receive updates through your preferred channel - whether detailed email reports or quick text messages - so you are always informed without being overwhelmed. 

How do you determine pricing for your services?

Services are available à la carte at $65 per hour — you only pay for the time you need. For clients who want regular, ongoing support, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at $450 per month based on visit frequency. Retainer clients also receive a preferred hourly rate of $55/hr for any additional services beyond their scheduled check-ins.

What does the onboarding process look like?

We begin with a complimentary home consultation to assess your property's needs, document existing systems, and establish your preferred protocols for vendors and site access.  From there, we build a customized plan and get started - laying the foundation for seamless ongoing support.

Is there a minimum time commitment?

No long-term contracts.  LA Home Collective operates on month-to-month agreements, so your level of support can grow or change as your needs do.

What is included in the base management service?

Every visit includes a full property walkthrough, security check, mail and package collection, and plant care.  We also provide a monthly summary report so you're always up to date on your home's status.  Additional services — such as vendor coordination, event support, or renovation oversight — are available at your retainer rate or $65/hr à la carte.

How do you manage home access and security?

Security is a top priority.  We manage property access through secure key protocols, ensuring only vetted, trusted professionals enter your home - always under our direct supervision.

Can I continue using my own preferred vendors?

Absolutely. We're happy to work with your existing team, taking over scheduling, communication, and follow-through while making sure all work meets the standards your home deserves.

How do I pause or cancel my management service?

Simply provide 30 days written notice.  We'll handle a smooth transition and provide a final summary of all active tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.
